If the weight of your trailer is over 50 percent of the total trailer weight capacity for your vehicle then a weight distribution system is recommended. The # DM13203-52 has an easier to use latch mechanism as well. Nothing in the ball size you want from Demco has the trigger latch like the coupler you mentioned.
